    Mortal Kombat x won't fully download


    My store bought copy stopped downloading around 60% and won't restart. I can still play the game but with very limited features. For instance, I can't access Story Mode, Krypt & online modes. Any suggestions on what to do?

    Mortal Kombat x won't fully download

    Hey nate,

    That is just the install (as opposed to downloading it), and can take quite a long time. The features of the game will slowly become available as the install progresses.

    If the installation has definately frozen, then I'd reccomend having a read through this link which should fix the problem:

    Thanks for the tip! I actually deleted the game and re-downloaded it from the physical copy, which fixed the problem.

    I'm having another problem all together. I install the game but it never finishes. Currently its saying it's at 603% downloading. This makes no sense to me.anyone have suggestions

    Game Disc Not Downloading

    Yes, this is only happening on mortal kombat 11 ultimate. I have a call of duty cold war disc and it downloads perfectly fine. I got the disc for Mortal Kombat 11 ultimate on december and i havent been able to download it since. I did have the game pass version of mortal kombat 11 but i fully deleted it to be absolutely sure that wasn’t the reason it wasn’t downloading.

    Make sure to unplug the external hard drive first. If it's a disc game, make sure that the disc is inserted. Once done, the Xbox app on your phone and search the game there. Once done, please try installing the game using the Xbox app to your console.

    If other game discs are installing fine then that means, it is an issue with your disc.

    Hi Pam,

    I tried what you suggested and attempted the install with the external drive unplugged and the Xbox offline but it still didn't work. It got to the same point and then stopped installing from the disc. I'm not sure what else I can do to make it work.
