Mortal kombat x predator won't download

They have realeased predator for mortal kombat x for kombat pack holders and being one I don't understand why predator is locked for me,I push A on him when it says to download and says I have the kombat pack but it won't show up in my queue or ready to
install

I too am having the same issue. What is going on. I took off for his release and this is what we get for paying 30 dollars for a kombat pack that don't work.

 

Have the exact proplem. Hope they fix this or I will be ***

 

Still no Predator its 10am where I am smh showing us exactly why you shouldn't preorder anything.

I just had a quick look and lots of people are asking the same question over at the devs

forum - its affecting all platforms not just Xbox - hopefully you will just be waiting for the store to update and then you will be able to download. You can keep an eye on the store by using this

link - it shows all MKX dlc. Please remember if it shows up on that link please check in game first - if it says 'Buy' and you click it you may be charged again!

 

NR needs to get there act together. It's starting to really anger me now!!

 

I saw ps4 players had predator but didn't have the classic fatality pack...so it's just netherrealm and their usual dripping of the ball

We’re aware that Xbox One owners who have purchased the Kombat Pack currently do not have access to the Mortal Kombat X Predator Bundle. We are working to identify and fix the issue as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience in this
matter.

Xbox/WBgaming you have had plenty of time to to make sure these downloads go off without a hitch in yalls R&D department and here we are on your world wide promise to have Predator released today at midnight July 7th 2015 still nothing to show for it. I
can imagine over the thousands, hundred thousands of possibly millions both companies have made due to preorders and this how you repay your loyal customers. If I would of wanted broken promises and words you cannot trust on timelines allocated I would of
stayed another term in the military. Thank you so much to letting us down once again
