WB Games Support site and creating a ticket. When you create the ticket on the

WB Games Support site, please be sure to include this information:

Gamertag

a picture/screenshot of the proof of purchase

a picture/screenshot of the faulty code

Support will most likely require the code as well as proof of purchase in order to look into the issue further.

I emailed WB too and I just received my new Gold Scorpion Skin code. I contacted them yesterday and they asked me for a picture of the receipt and a picture of the game box. Their response was pretty fast.

I got the same problem, both Coarse Edition's and Kollector's Edition's skin code didn't work.
