Mortal Kombat X Gold Scorpion Skin

Wondering if there are any of you who had this same issue right out the box. I purchased the MKX Kollector's Edition and got the Gold Scorpion Skin. I went to redeem the code and got a message stating that: "This Code Has Already Been Used". I checked to
see if maybe I had redeemed it and just overlooked it, but no... I have not! So, have any of you fellow gamers had this or a similar issue and if so, what can be done or who do I let know about this so I can have another code issued to me?! Appreciate the
help/advice in advance!

Great Idea for Killer Instinct Season 3!

I have another idea for a crossover involving Killer Instinct. And that idea may actually become reality really soon.
Remember how PS3 version of Mortal Kombat 9 had Kratos? Cool, isn't it? Sadly Xbox 360's version didn't have any exclusive character. But guess what? Ed Boon did confirm that Mortal Kombat X also would feature console exclusive characters! Mortal Kombat X Will Have Console Exclusive Characters | Attack of the Fanboy

So... Killer Instinct is a fighting game, Season 2 has just debuted and will be running for a few months... aaand Mortal Kombat X is another fighting game that will be out in a few months... how convenient would it be to cast a Killer Instinct character as the DLC Xbox exclusive for Mortal Kombat X and have a Mortal Kombat character (Scorpion, obviously!!!) released for Killer Instinct Season 2?

I had this problem aswell, and I've looked at alot of forums and it's a widespread Issue. apparently someone who got an answer of Wb said a fix is coming within 2 week.

I got the same problem, I thought I was typing the code wrong and don't have a kinect to scan it. Figures this would happen with the skin bundled with the most expensive version of the game.

 

I got the same problem, Both kombat Pack and Goro worked just fine but the Gold Scorpion Skin did not!

 

I got the same problem, both Coarse Edition's and Kollector's Edition's skin code didn't work.

 

I sent a message to WB games, and they gave me a replacement code that worked, I just had to give them a photo of my proof of purchase and my faulty code.

If you guys are still having troubles chuck them a message.

I emailed WB games on thursday when I recieved my copy of the game and noticed that code wasnt working. Got on the phone to them instantly and they were really helpful! .... Then they told me to email them pictures of the used code, the game disk and proof
of purchase. Which I did all most instantly after the phone call and well ive had no reply since! Ive emailed them again twice now asking if what i had sent as proof was enough but nothing :/

 

I emailed WB too and I just received my new Gold Scorpion Skin code. I contacted them yesterday and they asked me for a picture of the receipt and a picture of the game box. Their response was pretty fast.

 

I wrote to WB about a week ago and no response yet, just the auto confirmation saying they'll look into it

 

Going on 2 weeks without a response from WB. Great service on their part
