    Mortal Kombat won't turn on even tho the subscription is active


    Hey guys,

    I've bought Mortal Kombat XL about a year ago for Xbox One X. Since the last month the game doesn't launch and following inscription occurs:

    Sign in or renew the subscription

    Sign in with the profile used to buy this game, and make sure your subscription to Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or EA Access is up to date. (0x803f900a).

    Some details:

    - In dashboard game icon display as Mortal Kombat X, but the title is Mortal Kombat XL.

    - My Xbox Live Gold subscription is active (just few days as purchased)

    - I did change my xbox-microsoft email few months ago

    - Other games (e.g. Forza) run OK

    - Restarting console did not help

    Any ideas? I saw there is some old unresolved thread from 2019 year... You stil didn't solve the problem????????

    Thank you for contacting the forums. I am sorry to hear you having issues launching Mortal Kombat XL. I recommend to you to follow this troubleshoot
    guide on game issues     to see if Mortal Kombat XL will launch. Have you also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game? Please let us know if you still having issues after following these steps.
