Mortal Kombat 11 Update Issues- error code 0x8b050033 even AFTER 2 hard resets!

Same issue in Valhalla, today is Nov 29 2021 still no fix.

Thanks for this but unfortunately none of the 3 solutions worked. I am currently unable to play AC Valhalla. A link brought me to this page, I tried all 3 solutions and still get the same 0x8b050033 error code.

Thank you to all of the representatives who tried to help, I know its not your fault. I have tried everything suggested by you, the Microsoft representative Josh whom I contacted via direct phone line and what WB Games suggested to do. ALL HAVE FAILED. I even purchased a digital copy of the game from X-Box Microsoft Store and received the same error code. Frustrated and disappointment all the way around. My last ditch effort before requesting a refund as per my only option since none of the representatives could help(and all have heard of similar issues), I uninstalled the digital copy and all known software of this game on my system. I reinstalled the digital game 1 last time from directly from Microsoft, and what do ya know?! It finally works. This game was meant as a surprise over 2 weeks ago for my 13 and 11yr old since we have MK10 and they love it. What a let down. Oh well, will not put "surprise" expectations on anything Microsoft again.

Anyway, I suggest you try the solutions and tips below, see if they can help you.

- Check that there is no update to be done on your console, if you do not proceed with the solutions below, please.

Solution 1:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

After removing the account follow the procedure below.

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

Now add your account again.

Solution 2:

Press the Xbox button.

Open Settings.

Go to Network and select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart.

Solution 3:

Press the Xbox button on your controller.

Go to Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network Settings.

Select Advanced Network Settings.

Select DNS Settings.

Select Manual and enter the following:

Primary 8.8.8.8

Secondary 8.8.4.4
