Open the Settings app it is the gear in the start menu.

Open Accounts

Click Sign-in Options

Scroll down to Privacy

Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

Restart your PC!

I found the Injustice 2 game in the list. It's dead center in the middle of all the MK11 content. lol

I did not own Injustice 2, however I do have access to it with the Game Pass (I didn't install it prior to buying the bundle though). I can install it and run it just fine, I just can't access any of the DLC characters.

Thank you for support, it's much appreciated. As you suggested I tried to request a refund, however it's been denied with the explanation that digital games that have been played cannot be refunded. Aside from the fact that I find it very strange (and irritating) that there's no cooling off period on digital purchases (unlike any other digital shop I've ever used), how was I supposed to know that Injustice 2 would not be fully playable without downloading it and trying it? Nowhere on the description of the bundle it says that Injustice 2 DLCs wouldn't be usable on PC.

Is this something you can help with? There isn't even an option to appeal the decision and discuss it directly with someone, something that I've been trying to do ever since I opened this thread with no success.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. While I look further into the error you are receiving, can you please confirm if you already owned Injustice 2 on PC prior to purchasing the bundle? Are you able to access Injustice 2 and simply do not have access to the DLCs?
