I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble launching Mortal Kombat 11 on your Windows 11 device. There are factors that we need to consider with this type of issue. Corrupted system or game files, antivirus or firewall or could be something else.

Here are some troubleshooting steps that we can perform to try and fix the issue:

- Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. You can check for updates in the Device Manager or on the manufacturer's website.

- Run the game as an administrator. Right-click on the game icon and select "Run as administrator".

- Disable any antivirus or firewall software that might interfere with the game. You can also add the game folder to the exceptions list of your security software.

- Verify the integrity of the game files. In the Xbox app, go to "My games" and select Mortal Kombat 11. Click on the three dots next to "Play" and choose "Verify files".

- If none of the above works, you may need to reinstall the game. Make sure you back up your save data before doing so.

Please make sure your retailer is offering the beta before you pre-order the game. If you pre-order a physical copy of Mortal Kombat 11, you will receive a code to gain access to the beta before it begins. The code you receive
will be for the same platform that you pre-ordered the game for. Please note, you will be able to redeem your beta code before the beta officially begins, but this will not allow you to download the Mortal Kombat 11 beta until it’s available in March 2019.

If you pre-order a digital copy of Mortal Kombat 11, you will automatically gain access to download the Mortal Kombat 11 beta when the beta is live.

Do you get an error message when you try to buy Mortal Kombat 11 (I assume you meant Mortal Kombat when you said "Deadly Kombat 11")?

Or what exactly prevents you from buying the game?

I just got the xbox game pass and every game is working just fine accept for Mortal Kombat XL. When i try to launch the game it starts to launch and shows the mortal kombat logo with the game pass symbol in the bottom right then fails and sends me back
to the home screen. Anyone know a solution?
