    I just bought a brand new Xb one S, and since Ive had it, I've been plagued with its video shutting off randomly. Ive tried every solution I can find on the internet, but it is persistent. Please fix this. Its happened when I'm streaming, gaming, and just
    working on my profile. Its nonsense. And it just now happened while it's sitting on the home screen. This is ridiculous.

    If you have tried all the solutions that you have found on the internet. I guess the best thing to do is to check the warranty and replace it if necessary.

    If you just bought it is it still under warranty. I would be returning it for another console. Try support.xbox com
