    More than 96hrs ago and have not recieved credits nor even a pending notification


    I have purchased over $30 worth of content for World of Tanks more than 96 hours ago and have not received any credits for that purchase under the Free Pass Program. Don't even have a pending notification.

    Reward Credits

    I was recently on the rewards page and noticed I had enough gems to purchase a credits reward and an in game reward for smite. I received the Smite items immediately and was told i would have the credits within 48 hours. That time ended almost 24 hours ago,
    I don't have the credits on my account, nor even showing pending for deposit. What is the holdup?

    Hello. Need help i have 1,500 credits pending since 11 january and nothing is happening.i have recieved emails but nothings changed.since then i believe i have earned more credits from achievements and concerned that there not showing
    on my xbox rewards account.please help.thank you

    OK, so now it gave me back the one's I had before which was the 4500 I already had, but since I bought over 60 bux worth of stuff AFTER the 1st of march it should have applied to my "Simply Rewarding" mission, should it not?

    Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST and they typically respond to threads from oldest to newest so it can take a couple of days to receive a response.
