I have purchased over $30 worth of content for World of Tanks more than 96 hours ago and have not received any credits for that purchase under the Free Pass Program. Don't even have a pending notification.

    Reward Credits

I was recently on the rewards page and noticed I had enough gems to purchase a credits reward and an in game reward for smite. I received the Smite items immediately and was told i would have the credits within 48 hours. That time ended almost 24 hours ago,
I don't have the credits on my account, nor even showing pending for deposit. What is the holdup?

    Hello Renegade 2Sense,

Your two purchases were for $14.99, which ends up at $29.98. This is why the offer did not complete automatically. We'll toss a few cents in for you to complete the offer. You should see this change in a couple of days!

    Hello ,

We are investigating a possible issue with this offer that arose due to a delay with our purchase data stream. We are deploying a resolution overnight that should solve this issue in a majority of cases. We'll check back in tomorrow to see if this resolves
your issue. Apologies for the inconvenience.
OK, so now it gave me back the one's I had before which was the 4500 I already had, but since I bought over 60 bux worth of stuff AFTER the 1st of march it should have applied to my "Simply Rewarding" mission, should it not?

    Thanks,

    Keith

    Hello Bear Bo Man,

We can confirm that you are now receiving Simply Rewarding progress for your purchases in March. However, there was an issue in our daily maintenance that caused an error refreshing this information on the website (which caused you to briefly see no account).
We are working on correcting this issue, and updating the webpage with your progress. We should have this new data uploaded in 1-3 days. Apologies for the inconvenience.
