More puzzles available?

Is there a limited amount of puzzles you can complete or different difficulties? Do new puzzles release or you just can't access all of the available puzzles?

I think this question would be better answered by the Ultimate Word games community as other players will have more knowledge about the puzzles in-game.

Same on my end. I tried going to
https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/4027498/windows-10-run-the-troubleshooter-for-apps but it didn't help with the jigsaw app, but it did help with a few others

I am having the same problem.

You can purchase puzzle packs with the in game currency, have you purchased all the puzzle packs available?

There is a new jigsaw pack added every month.

Also have you tried the custom puzzle mode where you can create a jigsaw using one of your own photos?
