More Personallization please!

Sorry if this post is in the wrong category. I'm new to this forum. But to start off, I think it's time for the Xbox One, S, and Xbox One X to have a personalization update. This idea of mine came from when I wondered if I could make a custom notification
sound for my Xbox One. I did research and found nothing. So I thought I'd post my ideas here:

• There should be custom notifications. Notifications that users could use or port their own sounds to replace the default notification sound.
  
• There should be more customization with the dashboard. Users should be able to move tiles and change them to their preference. However, from a marketing perspective, it's understandable as to why there are ads in the bottom left-hand corner.

Those are two ideas of mine and I believe users will be heavily satisfied with these! If any Microsoft employee is reading this, please notify the developers/designers! Thank you for reading!

Downside to investing in caravan is, you can potentially lose quite a few of the traders if you happen to be traveling in same area where they are at and enemies happen to be near them.

Keep the trader in Evergreen Mills Bazaar alive and you can trade with him whenever you like. I know people shoot the guy for The Terrible Shotgun, but there are ways around to getting the gun off the guy. Pickpocket all the ammo from his inventory, Smiling
Jack will un-equip gun from inventory, then pickpocket the shotgun from him.

Run a [speech check] on the gal running the school at Republic of Dave and you can sell her stuff as well.
