Yeah, lets spend even more dollars on this game. Like 6 camos coming soon (even a marijuana leaf one) and several character skins (Soap or one of those older characters, whatever his name was) and theres even voice over DLC. Yes, you can have Snoop Dogg
announcing your gameplay during multiplayer. You dig? CoD never cease to amaze. Discuss. Also Eyeball (havent seen him here lately) but theres even an eyeball camo. You can check Tmartn YT for the vid and voice overs.

Micro's are the new thing, more and more game are now "FREE" with in app purchases.

They are making more playing the nickle and dime game, then asking for allot up front.

Steady revenue can be more attractive at times.

 

I buy all the DLC this is why I work 6 days a week to set back a play one my XB1 on my free time. if you do not like the DLC then just don't buy it ....

 

^^I dont mind camos nor any of the DLC, but having Snoop and the Predator is just dissappointing IMHO for CoD. Gimmee a war game, thats all I ask. Next itll be crips or bloods skins for gangs for characters or maybe Scarface, and the killstreaks will be
Terminator or why no Mickey Mouse? Yeah, you spend your money how you want, I dont care, duH. Its just disappointing for CoD in general. Different soldiers and skins, weapons, camos, some things would be great, but Snoop and stuff is getting silly. And Ill
add that all those extras are burning up RAM that could be used towards gameplay. I mean the servers have to figure whos using what camo, whos narrating what game, etc, along with whats happening within the gameplay also. Seems like a waste.

 

look at the big names they spend money on to just be in a commercial, why not in game?

I dont have much interest in that stuff myself, but one of the biggest complaints I hear about cod ..... every release .... is that its too much of the same thing over and over. Personally, I like that its pretty much the same. Its cod and thats what I
like about it.

The microtransactions dont effect gameplay imo. they might be a little silly .... mm, predator, seekers, etc, but as long as its not effecting gameplay, I'm fine with it, and maybe it will satisfy those who want something new and different..

One way to look at it is there may just be a handful of young developers fresh out of college, who have a job because of them.

Personally the whole "weed" camo is a bit over the top. They will pit this in game but if I walk into a job interview at Activison with a marijuna leaf back ground on my resume will I even get a chance at an honest look over?

Well, they are out to target the largest groups. While I hear someone talking about weed almost every other match, I seldom hear anyone talking about horror or scifi movies.

Its also a pretty hot political topic right now and maybe the devs are pushing their agenda.

Depends , they could live in woodpecker country, at the right distance they sound just like a predator in the movie and you cna't help but look around the tree tops..........

 

I heard about the Snoop Dogg announcement content over my favorite radio station. I was surprised by that.
