    I met in-game [Mod Removed]. he is an [Mod Removed – Profanity]
    and deserves to be banned but instead you ban my relative for calling him an [Mod Removed] in which he truly was. I reported him [Mod Removed] for not only trolling but for abusive communication. yet he is not
    banned and still plays on the xbox live, doing the same old stuff. How is this treatment of players fair. BAN THEM BOTH if you really want to be fair. maybe you should have a crew to monitor the stream feed of mixer. It would definitely be in your favor to
    do so. I think and feel xbox is NOT doing all it can do to preserve its community by allowing cheaters and hackers and abusive people to continue playing while the general public is condemned to punishment for complaining about those who cheat, hack, and use
    abusive language in any form.

    Calm down. I reckon, its a case only the guy in the post room knows the score. The rest guess. I would imagine its like when you call anywhere, most are to lazy to check and fob you off. I assume it will be sent in time.

    Enforcement investigate all reports, though it can take time to get around to them. If the other player had broken the rules as you suggest they will receive a suspension. However you won't be told of this.

    Like your relative, if it is a communication suspension they can still play online but won't be able to chat /send messages.
