    More charges from Redmond WA not made by me how do I make them stop! This is getting...


    About a month ago I had to cancel my credit card because there was several charges made from Microsoft Xbox Redmond WA that where not made by me or my account, then I wake up this morning and see another charge from the same thing but this time on my debit card I have been all over the Microsoft support page and can not get any live help?! This is getting ridiculous and expensive. Can someone please help!!!!!

    You will need to contact the online support via Contact us | Xbox Support to check from their end if they can detect the account through which all these payments are being processed. You will find the contact times in the same link previously mentioned, please make sure you are contacting the support within the frame mentioned.

    We would also recommend stopping any Microsoft charges from your bank institution's end.

    I did this morning. Seeing as this is an ongoing issue with not only me but several others you would think a huge company like Microsoft would take a little more action to get to the bottom of who is making these fraudulent charges?

    Sounds to me your bank details and credit card details have been stolen.

    Ide get onto your bank ASAP and tell them what's going on.
