More Achievement issues

I don't know what is up with XBOX ONE and these achievements issues with servers on this consoles, I online, Every game showing 0 right now unless you view them in game hub, I have achievements that I haven't even gotten yet at times.
I so tired of going though this crap for almost 4 years. I got my 1st XBOX ONE 9/2014 my 1st issues where with all the Telltale Games out on the console at the time, Even when I sold my Original XBOX ONE for the S model in 2016 I ran into issues. Then a year
ago the PS4 PRO and play that until the XBOX ONE X was ready. Now I have the X and every time I turn around something is going wrong with my achievements. My backlog is building up on XBOX ONE because, I going to run into problems. Reporting these problems
in the XBOX insider doesn't work, Live Chat doesn't work due to them not being able to do as much like they where back in 2014 for me by giving me an e-mail to message support when the Live servers wouldn't correct itself and they would fix it for me but now
e-mailing these same e-mail address doesn't work and just told to fill out a report. I never had achievement glitching on the XBOX 360 or trophy glitching up the PS4 PRO. I'm not sure why XBOX ONE has this problem for me no one else seems to be having this
issue. I don't really play online with anyone, I hardwired to my Netgear R7000 router and my firmware is up to date, I'm not getting packet loss so its puzzling to me. All the money I put into XBOX LIVE going back to 2011 and pay up to September it disappointing
that achievement glitching with the XBOX Live servers have really made me think about going with a PS5 1st then a next gen XBOX 2nd. I game way more on XBOX going back to the OG XBOX, I enjoying Achievement hunting from the 360 days so 14 years even with other
consoles but if your servers for XBOX Live not going to work right when it come to this I pay have to think about all my gaming options and if that means playing more retro stuff, PS4 PRO or even trying out PC then I might need to go in that route. Not sure
what you need to do just fix whatever causes this to keep happening, It wouldn't be a issue if it was my other profiles but my main profile I get kind of annoyed fast due to this being a issue I been dealing with for almost 4 years having a XBOX One no matter
if it was the Original, The S or the X model.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. There is an achievement for 100% completion. I had no issues unlocking achievements with cheats in GTA IV.

Hi there RJ RAGE, sorry to hear about the frustrating experience.

There was a service alert for an achievement issue yesterday that likely contributed this as it dealt with games showing with 0 Gamerscore on the Achievements tab of your profile even though clicking on the game to view it's individual achievement list would
display your unlocked achievements properly.

If you're still seeing this, can you please provide us with photos of what you're seeing so we can take a closer look into this with you?

Hello,

Sorry, once you've earned at least 1 achievement in a game there's no way to remove that game from your game list. The Xbox LIVE Enforcement team cannot remove individual achievements. The only time they reset a persons gamerscore is if they are caught modifying
or cheating, they will not do this upon request, sorry.

When you receive a gamerscore reset everything including previous achievements earned are reset and you cannot re-earn any achievements that were previously earned in any games. This also won't allow you to remove the games from your game history (FYI) they
will still be there listed as 0 GS. You will also be put in the "Cheater" Zone. The only way you can do what you'd like is to start a completely new account and start from scratch.
