    Moonlighter game crash/loading screen bug


    I have been having issues with the game when it comes to the loading screen when there is a transition from one floor to another or when I enter the game, or leave the dungeons or enter it, the screen just freezes and nothing happens. I am not able to exit
    and I have to force exit the game. Also I am not able to get past the 2 floor of the golem dungeon as it just freezes on the transition to the third floor. It is extremely frustrating as I spent 6 hours trying to re-gain all my items but the game just crashes.
    Is there a way to fix this or can Microsoft refund me for my game? Re-installing the game doesn't fix this issue. (Also I forgot to mention that the game also crashes at the loading screen sometimes).

    I just logged in with my account before I got the dlc to see if would be any different but on leaving the wanderer's floor and going to the golem cave 2 it crashed. Now i just think is a problem is with the dlc because before that
    it was running smooth and I even finished the game. Yep dlc floors just don't load.

    Hi there. I had a similar issue what helped me was clearing the cache data and restarting my router somehow helped. Hope this helps you too and hope you are safe and well and these crazy times.

    Really long loading times

    It's the DLC, it seems that somethings weren't accounted for in the beta...such as bugs, glitches, and the nearly unbearable loading screens. I myself ran into a game breaking glitch where my screen/xbox crashes/freezes.

    I have the same issue. Moonlight crashed on my first run through it. Now I cannot restart without it freezing at the green login screen. Up til then keyboard and gamepad work, but not beyond that. Tried all the usual restart solutions.

    Cannot play the game as another user since is part of my gamepass.

    Version of the game is 1.9.18.0.

    Please respond with game specific help. Seems to be problem only with moonlight so far.

    bugs like it crashes every time you try to load your game? even on a different hard drive still crashes rendering the game useless
