    Hello there,

    my monthly Xbox Live Rewards Newsletter tells me that there occured a problem with my account.

    Also the E-Mail says that I should contact this Support Forum for this (Hyperlink in the E-Mail).

    Also my November purchases did not turn into Windows Account Cash (bought an Xbox One X Console).

    Also the gems for reaching 100k GamerScore did not turn into Windows Account Cash.

    Could you help me on this Topic?

  3. Why don't I ever get the Xbox Newsletter?

    I'm glad someone else shares in my exact problem. I got an email from Xbox Live today for a Halo 4 code. It was from the same adress that the Xbox newsletter came from, yet I don't get the actual newsletter. I've tried everything these "Support" people tell
    me but that's all they do. Tell ME what to do, instead of THEM doing something to fix my problem.

    Hi madd1in. Credits for your November purchases are pending in your account at this time. This does not include your Xbox One X console purchase since hardware does not qualify for MyVIP. It looks like you claimed your Gems for becoming an Overlord. Those
    do not get converted to Credits. You can spend your Gems in the
    Vault
    for prizes.

    We are unable to deposit to your account because there are multiple billable accounts linked to your Microsoft account. We can only deposit if you have one primary billable account. Unfortunately, we are unable to help with that issue. Try contacting Microsoft
    Support to see if it is possible to remove one of your accounts, or set a primary account.
