Monthly survey error using the Console Edge browser

If you are referring to the latest survey this month, you should note that it can take up to 96 hours for the points to appear as pending in your rewards section. As it is only the 2nd, you should just be patient and check back over the next few days.

For the survey the points to show up you have to have earned at least a round lot of 100. Since the survey dishes out 20 at a time it'll just go into a "bank" until that time. If it's not counting the points it could be the browser your using on the android.
As an Android user too, I find the browser to be amazing but sometimes it errors stuff out or doesn't sign in properly. Try logging in on a computer to see if it'll allow you to take the survey again. If it does then the one you did on your phone didn't count.
If it doesn't then you should have them in a type of bank I was talking about above. The other thing is you should always receive an email when you complete a survey and how much you have until you reach the round lot of 100.

Also, XBL Rewards questions should be posted in this forum in the future for the best support.

It could be there is an error on that page currently.

Usually if I get that error, I try using EDGE browser, this usually resolves the issue.

Some features that exist on other versions of Edge (like downloads or browser extensions) are not supported on the console version of the browser.
