Monthly rewards punchcard

Hello Steve, have you tried some procedure on the console like uninstalling the App, resetting the console by keeping games and Apps, and reinstalling the App to see if the points are counted.

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note:

-You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

If rewards doesn't work, you'll need to click the link below, sign in to your account, and fill out the form that's requested with your request.

Hi L0rd Magnus. Are you referring to the Games on Demand punchcard, or the featured monthly offers? Last month's offer was Lord of the Rewards, and this month is FrankenRewards.

If the Reward is Microsoft Points, they will appear under Pending on your MyRewards page by the 15th of the following month. If the Reward is anything other than Microsoft Points, an email will be sent to your contact email listed here with instructions
to redeem your Reward. The Rewards for completion of a Punchcard will vary with each Punchcard offer. Rewards will not be provided during the Punchcard offer period.

Remember the Live Rewards program is managed by a different company, and not Microsoft.

All i can say is sit tight for and see what happens around the middle of the month.

Check the dates on the punchcard. If you pre-ordered before the punchcard became available, it would not be eligible. If you pre-ordered after, you'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the rewards site.
