Monthly games not being able to install in backwards comp XBOX one

Hi

I am having trouble installing the backward compatibility games even when its free. such as this month Saints row 4 which is backward comp. when I try to install it I get the message "You have no valid payment option on file" this bothers me because I DO
NOT WANT TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ON MY XBOX and is there a way to fix this or bypass this prompt.

I been trying to install a backward comp. game on my Xbox one for the last 3 days and this code keep popping up and when I try to install the disc it said (this game isn't playable here) and it is on the list of backward comp. "BLACK OPS II" yes my
console is updated yes I played it on the 360 please help

Firstly is backwards comp available in south Africa?

Is anyone able to ? or experiencing problems buying or playing xbox 360 games using your xbox one? South African region please

The games that would show up in your ready to install would be games that are considered backwards compatible and able to play on the Xbox One.

Looking at the list at the following site neither one of these games are on the backwards compatible list and this is why they are not showing up as being able to be downloaded to your Xbox One

Watch Dog is not backwards compatible with Xbox One. Here is a list of current Back Comp games.

Being able to play another game while an update is being installed has proved a great boon! And I'm with you on the lack of backwards compatibility: for that very reason I've kept my 360, although that meant finding the funds for the Xbox One was trickier.
