Discus and support Monster Train stuck at Loading player data... in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Yesterday and today I have been having this issue.     Monster Train stuck at Loading player data...


    Yesterday and today I have been having this issue. I got monster train through game pass and it worked a few times but yesterday it stopped working correctly. Monster train will launch and as it starts to login it gets stuck at "Loading Player Data...".

    Things I have tried.

    1) Restarting my computer

    2) Reinstalling Monster Train

    3) Launching other apps and seem to launch correctly.

    4) Checking if GamingServices is running in task manager. (It is)

    5) Resetting the TimeZone.

    6) Updating the Xbox app in the app store.

    7) Running the game as administrator.

    Any ideas, has anyone else had this issue?

    Hi,
    Same problem here, infuriating because the game is really enjoyable,
    Please let us know if someone found something Monster Train stuck at Loading player data... :)

    Same problem! Ran through all the steps you took also and had no luck.

    Edit: I've got it working since. I switched from a wireless to wired connection and haven't had any more troubles. Hope this can be of some use to you.

    Most games can not sign me in.

    I'm having the exact same problem, but with Monster Train and Star Renegades. Both were working just fine, but then Monster Train crashed and after that they are not logging me in anymore.

    Tried loads of different games but everytime it tries to access my data it just gets stuck in a state of constant loading.

    My monster hunter rise is stack up in signing in it's almost 8 hours since yesterday

    I already did that, but nothing has changed; it's always stuck at the loading screen and signing in. But I already play another game like Hitman 3. The Monster Hunter: rise is the only game that didn't work.

    The same thing is happening for me today. Can't customize anything because it wont load, and access to store page states it is currently unavailable.

    Is it because of location? Is there any maintenance going on with servers in some areas?

    Am stuck with this default cadet spartan, and when I browse friends or players they all say offline and icons are not loading.

    Reinstalled and deleted account data that didn't help. Still the same issue. When game is initializing data it takes longer than usual.
