    Moneyback promotion for XBOX One


    Hi,

    I entered a promotion were you should get 500 Swedish kronor back if you purchased an extra control when buying an Xbox One. I sent in the form and the receipt with both the Xbox One and the control on it and also the EAN code for my Xbox One to "XBOX MoneyBack
    Sweden", PL 126, 00101 Helsinki Finland. I still have the receipt and form as a copy since I had a hunch that this would be problematic.

    I sent it in on the 23rd of April 2016 and I have still not seen any money. If anyone can assisst me in this matter I would be more than greatful. If you need more information please let me know.

    The same niose problem here((( Bought xone just yesterday, turn it on, updated and crappy noise fulfill my living room(( Guess this is a international problem, xone is from USA and i from Russia. In a few days a pair of european consoles will be available
