    Case#1405622200

    I received an email for $2 to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. **** from Xbox Rewards program on 4/5/17. I had also received a promo code for $5 from Xbox outside of the rewards program that I had redeemed through my console which did go through.

    I wanted to take advantage of a Black Friday deal 11/23/17 and I needed $7.

    I clicked the Redeem now button in the email.

    A browser opened up and I was prompted to sign in.

    I signed in and then nothing happened.

    I checked my account page and the $2 was not added. I have included screenshots as documentation.

    At first there was a code shown on the email but later disappeared after I tried to redeem the $2.

    *Note: I have two emails attached to my account: KN0WNASS0CIATE

    Where are my rewards points.

    I should have had enough points to cash in under the old program and I received an email that I had been given the reward that I was due but no money was added to my account. What happened to it? I would be upset if after being that close to being able to
    redeem my points I lost everything.

    If you were able to redeem this code via the Microsoft redeem site, this bundle should automatically be added to your World of Tanks account. Is this bundle not showing up in your account in-game?

    That is actually not from the rewards program. You would need to post in the sales and promotions forum for assistance.

    Yes it says it is added to my old email address account thats why i asked epic support to transfer the money from the old account to the new but unfortunately that was their reply they wanna know which xbox account was redeemed to first.

    If the code is for money, then no. The currency will only be added to the account that redeems it.
