    Recently money has been taken from my paypal account which has to do with a purchase i didn't make.

    I just added a credit card payment method, without making any purchase.

    After seeing the message on my smartphone, I immediately removed from my credit card account microsoft.

    Microsoft withdrawing money from credit card without buying?

    was playing bf1 recently and had som money in my Microsoft account balance so decided to buy 2 battlepacks only to have the purchase fail but to have payment still taken.

    I got billed $47.95 aud by MICROSOFT*ULTIMATE 3 M MSBILL.INFO

    Money was taken out of my bank account 47.95 is the amount taken out and I am unaware of what was purchased with that money and would like it back

    Hi, I purchased game pass and the money got debited from my account, but game pass is not activated. And I didn't get any refund either. Please kindly help.

    That means the purchase failed, the pending charge on your bank account will be reversed within 7 days. You may attempt to make the purchase again, rest assured the money hasn't been taken and it will be returned to you.
