    Sorry to hear that, when you ask for a refund the money always goes to the original payment method, this can't be changed

    In this case I can advise you get in touch with your financial institution and ask them to give you the money via voucher or transferring to another card/account (this in case the actual and old card belongs to the same bank)
    In both cases the next step is talk with them and explain the situation
