Money refunded to me is not the amount I was suppose to get

Well first arr you sure its not the validation check refund?

Because those come back after 24 hours

If you did a refund here is how.it actually works

Once approved for refund it takes ms 72hours to issue the refund but thats not the issue

Once issued to your bank it depends on where you are in the world vs the US

if you use paypal as per the card aggreement it takes 90days

If via your creditcard or bankcard as per your card aggreement it can take upto 30days and you are still respincible for minimun payment while you wait

This is due to the waiting for batch proccessing

If international.transactions it is done in LARGE batches in the thousands not individually

But i won't get money back because of total refund amount is ZERO DOLLARS, that's the problem i have.

request you a refund and if you haven't played X amount of hours you should get you money back.

Since it was played for a good amount of time, it is no longer eligible for a refund. So no, you wouldn't be able to get the money back.

I'm not sure, but this may also possibly be something that Forza has set up so that even if they have no restrictions, child accounts can't access new music etc to buy themselves. I know they get a lot of requests for refunds in games like this as parents
contact games like Forza, Fortnite, Minecraft etc about their children spending large amounts of money in-game with real money and they were not supposed to do this, and then they must issue refunds. Forza may have set a block on this for any child account
regardless of the settings, so that might be another possibility.
