Sounds like you got two separate currency cards for two separate regions. In order to use the money from one region your gamertag must be in that region. There is no way to switch or merge them.

You should not post your phone number or service request number on the forums.

Once a gamertag is migrated to a different region you must wait the minimum amount of time before you can migrate it back. During this time you will not have access to any money you previously had in your account but it will be waiting for you.

Also, seeing as how you already seem to have spoken with phone support you'll need to continue dealing with them for more assistance.
