    Money not added to Microsoft Account


    Hey guys,

    About 36 minutes ago, I put some money into one of my Microsoft Family member's account to purchase Xbox Live Gold.

    Since I only needed €20,00 (euros), I clicked the €10,00 box twice.

    So the €20,00 in total has been taken from my bank account, but only €10,00 appeared on the Microsoft account.

    I have refreshed the webpage multiple times and it didn't change.

    I decided to check the Microsoft account via my Xbox because I thought the web-page might be bugging, and the money was already added or something, but nope. It was not added there either.

    Did anyone else have this problem before, or does someone know how I can fix it?

    Please let me know.

    EDIT: I reached out to Contact Support and immediatly got help. They have such wonderful nice, clever and helpful people at the helpdesk that will drag you through the process. And in my case, they got the job done pretty quick as well. I highly recommend
    contacting them if you are having problems you can't solve on your own.

    I know there was a service alert, that since seems to be fixed, with regards to content purchases, maybe log out, log back in after clearing cache etc, see if it shows. If not, wouldn't keep trying the purchase until you verify what's went wrong

    Even with your child having their own funds and bank, it's important to think about them making purchases that can cause their funds and bank accounts to be overdrawn. I would suggest reading through the Family and Online Saftey on Xbox Support to make an
    informed decision.
