Money missing from my account

I noticed this past weekend while attempting to make a purchase that some money was missing. I went to the commerce website to check and see if someone might have accidently bought something on my account. I searched through my entire account
and did not find any recent purchases that match the about $20 that is missing from my account. The most recent activity on my account was some money I received for the rewards program.

I’ve combed through my account and figured out I am supposed to have $60.50 in my account, but it is currently sitting at $39.24.

I know there is an expiration date on the points that were converted to currency but that doesn’t expire till next year (6/1/2015) and I can see that under Promotional Balance. So now I’m just wondering where the $20 on my account went.

Missing money from my account.

So, I recently had to go out and make a purchase at a local shop. When I returned I realised I had left my Xbox One turned on. During the time that I was away (My Mum was in the house) my younger sister had bought the game farming simulator 15 and bought
DLCs and mods with it. I do not want this game and need my money back, what can I do. I have placed a code on purchases from now.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your missing Microsoft balance.

Kindly confirm just in case you do have other recent purchases that might have spent your Microsoft credits by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you redeemed your last gift card and check if there were recent transactions.

Also, make sure that you are using the correct Microsoft account where you have your Microsoft balance as well as had purchased the digital movie from there.
