    About two days ago i got a microsoft giftcard for ten dollars from a friend. When i looked at the money i had available yesterday it said i had three cents? I did not buy anything because my gold was suspended and all of my recent purchases were from a
    visa gift card. Is there anything i can do to figure out what happened to all my money?

    Hello,this may not be as helpful but i would recommend what @Smwutches said,go into your microsoft account settings,transactions and see if you have anything. From there you may be able to refund something if money was indeed spent on your account,if not,contact
    microsoft and/or Xbox support.
