money disappears from wallet

Hi, I bought 2 gifts cards of 20€ for my brother xbox account but after he bought fifa 19, he still had 7.50€ left. But when he wanted to buy something else, the money was gone without any purchase made. What he have to do to get the monney back ? Thank

Hi, yes we checked the transaction history and it still miss 7.50€. With 2 gifts cards of 20€ each, he bought :

_ Fifa 19 at 28€

_ Saint Rows Gat out of Hell at 4.50€

For a total of 32.50€, and instead of having 7.50€ left, his wallet shows 0€

And my brother says it's not the first time something like that happens. He had to deal wtih the same issue on october 6 2018 when 1.02€ dissapears after he bought an EA Acces

Maybe the game dev that set up the wallet is somewhere from europe?

Some people there are so picky they put their money bills in a perfect order in their wallet lol

Those would never put money loose in their pockets
