Money deducted no product given

I've already submitted a ticket with Rockstar and I'm still waiting to responds but this is more about the transaction itself the money was deducted from my card but the product which was shark card was not taken out nor was the purchase documented so when I go to history purchase history it's not there but the money will still deducted and I'm not sure if Microsoft acts as a meeting here heading over money or how that works but one of the two companies took my money and didn't give me my product and it seems to be just an error in the purchase or it went through but neglected to documented or give the final okay

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Just a friendly reminder though that all successful transactions are added on our order history in-real time via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders which means that if the order is not visible from there it can be purchased on a different account or it's not successful.

The best option is to reach out to your bank if the order is not available on your end.

There's not much we can do about these type of issues. You need to talk to a MS rep, you can either
chat with one or request a call.

There's a billing cycle which is often different than the subscription renewal cycle. If you were behind on your subscription then you might have been paying for last month's subscription, not this month's. Therefore, please make sure to speak to the Billing
Support specialists about your account for a more detailed explanation.

i have tried calling customer support of xbox but it is not working right now in india

whener i call MS customer support and press 7(for xbox support) nothing happens
