    I got a free trial for a realm in Minecraft. Once the trial ended on May 27 I had zero dollars in my bank account to renew it. Today June 20 I got paid and it renewed it but the realm is not working. I want my money back please.

    That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. Money is money! Money in an account should be able to be used for a gold membership. The subscription could simply cancel when the money runs out. Very nice of Microsoft to put limits on my money.

    As the transaction show the “failed” status, and you were charged, this $18.38 transaction will be reversed in the next hours or in a 48 hours time frame because it didn't go through.

    You could try waiting until you get the money back before acquiring the subscription again, or you could acquire the subscription again without waiting.

    In any case, you should receive the money back.

    Well, it's exactly one week since the last update failed and now there's another update: FAILED.

    No connection to live once again. Error code this time:

    42fe - 0000 - 3080 - 0506 - 8007 - 2ee2

    If it's out for three days again I'm seriously going to have to consider the waste of money in subscriptions through loss of services.

    Again, hope it's back on soon.

    I expect they will try a number of times. Is there money on the card? If they fail to take the money a number of times, the subscription will stop.
