I assume you pre-ordered this game a while back. I would check with your card company/bank to ensure that the payment went through. Pre-order payments are taken usually 10 days prior to game release and if the funds are not there on your card, they will
cancel the pre-order.

Check your purchase history here https://account.microsoft.com also check your payment methods are up to date too and that a card has not expired.

Thanks for coming to the forums. If you pre-ordered the game and it is showing cancelled. Then the most likely reason is the payment didn't go through. Reason is when you

pre-order a game, it does not charge you right away unless you use Microsoft currency. The credit/debit card will be charged within 10 days of the game release.

If you used account credit only to pre-order your game, your balance will be taken immediately. If you used a credit card, or split your payment between credit card and account balance, you will be charged around 10 days before the game launches.

As mentioned check your bank statement to see if it shows charged. Also check you

order history to see if it shows purchased. If neither of these show as a purchase, you will need to purchase the game.
