Mojang Support: Hacked Account

I've been trying ever since April 2 to get ahold of Mojang Customer Support via telephone or email (both of which are conveniently non-existent, its almost as if they don't want you diligently coming to them as a paid customer for answers to problems concerning
their product), as I received an email stating my password was changed. I immediately replied back stating that wasn't me, my account was compromised and I needed a new link as theirs to reset my password sent me to an error page.

I messaged Mojang again April 13, in which the only message I received was automated telling me Mojang is swamped with responses and would instead send me links to forums that in no way help me with my issue as I need Mojang directly to assist me in recovering
my Mojang account that was hacked and information changed. I can't login to Minecraft or Technic Launcher because my Mojang Account's information was changed and therefore all my login info with it. Forums aren't going to help me, and I replied to the email
stating that my account was hacked (not migrated as the automated message stated) and would need them to directly help me.

I would really appreciate Mojang (which I know is bought out by Microsoft since 2014) customer support to reach out to me, I've gotten feedback from people on a Minecraft Discord server I've been apart of that some of them also recently had their accounts
hacked into and had to contest their cases arduously because Microsoft seemed to have problems understanding the situation or believing their accounts were hacked into?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have question on an account. This all depends on which account it is. If your Microsoft account was hacked then it is Microsoft. If it is the Mojang account, then you need to contact
Mojang support.

So is there anyway to contact MICROSOFT support, my minecraft account got hacked and I've just written a support ticket to mojang, but since the account is a microsoft account (not xbox), I doubt they will be able to help me.

Anyone got a solution?

Yes correct it says that I do not own minecraft on that microsoft account.

Unfortunately then there is nothing to do, my friend. Since the Mojang support (which is responsible for that) cannot help you, we users cannot do anything at all. I'm really sorry about this.

Microsoft is only responsible for your Microsoft account. If the purchase for Minecraft was made on your account and it is still showing there on your order history, this is not a Microsoft issue, unfortunately.

What I can say to you is to ask Mojang to restore your purchase to your account, since you probably have the transaction IDs and order numbers.
