Mojang stole my account can someone help?

Mojang has forced me to migrate my account which is fine, but in order to do so I need to first validate I am the owner by sending the email address it is associated with a confirmation email address. I no longer have access to that old email address so I can't do that. When talking with Mojang support they require you to prove I own the account by giving them account details such as:

Email used to Create Account:

Do I have Aces to this email:

Any other emails:

Transaction ID:

Month and Year of Account Registration

I have the account username and password and the transaction ID plus the date and time it was purchased. The only thing I do not have is the email address! I have given them all the email addresses it could have been but none seem to work for these customer support workers. I have no other proof OTHER THAN THE RECEIPT OF PURCHASE to prove I own this account. Can someone help?

To top off this whole adventure, they keep closing the support ticket before my issue is resolved! "Sorry you don't have the information, BYE"-Mojang I have been trying to get access to my account for months! They simply do not believe me that I own this account! Like what the actual ****.

Here is an analogy:
I go to the store 10 years ago and buy a shovel(Minecraft) I proceed to use the shovel for 10 years all of my neighbours know that it is my shovel because they have seen me use it for 10 years. Out of the blue the store owner walks up to me and grabs the shovel from my hand and demands to see proof that I own the account. I frantically pull out my receipt from 10 years ago and show it to them, the store owner laughs and says "no no no, what email address did you use at the time of purchase?" Now since I do not remember the email address, the store owner returns to their store and locks away my shovel, that I paid them money for. So I walk back each day to try and convince the store owner that they just stole my shovel, but they say well where is your proof! Now I cannot dig in yard because I don't have a shovel, if I want to dig again I need to pay 2 times the original price for a new shovel!

I am SO angry with Mojang and Microsoft for putting me in this position, I also feel like there is legal grounds to sue them because they are prohibiting me from using the product I purchased 10 years ago. I also know I am not the only one who has had this problem.

SO ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME. I may sound like a deranged person asking for help but I have been trying to get access to my account for over 8 months!

how did you keep your account in order if you never updated the email address, the email address is vital for the account, it is required for verification like with ALL other companies. I have seen so many lose accounts due to not remembering their email address or their email closing down and they didn't bother to update it. People need to read the terms before signing up for an account with anyone. And a child should not be creating an account without a parent being there in the first place. So, stating a fact not opinion.

I understand that Microsoft does not have a hand in how Mojang operates its migration process. But what I am looking for here is maybe a phone number to call so that way I can explain my case to a real person. It frustrates me that, because I lack 1 of the 4 required components I am banned from my account.

Do you know of any direct number?

Mojang did not put you in this position, you did for either not keeping the old email active or not updating the email change in your Mojang account, it is up to you to keep your account in order. In this day and age verification needs to be done due to security and potential data breaches.

The reason I responded so harshly is because you clearly did not read my situation or perhaps lack a basic understanding, that I did keep my account in order. Just not in the way Mojang wanted. Since you are some rando off the internet you were not pointing out truth, you simply were stating your opinion which is far from fact.

Have a great day but please learn fact from opinion it might help you out in the long run.

stating a fact so you are calling me a tool has just landed you in the same bracket, you are responsible for keeping all your account details up to date, kid or not. with that kind of attitude, I would recommend not posting on public forums if you don't wish others to state the honest truth.
