Mojang account migration unable to access Minecraft Java Edition Server

Everyone who bought the bedrock edition has the access to Java edition, you just need to migrate the Mojang account to a Microsoft account, which gets you access to the java edition.

We understand that you're having trouble logging into your Minecraft Java account. It sounds like there may be some confusion with your email address and account information.



For us to be on the same page, may we know when did you migrated your Minecraft account to Microsoft account?

We would like to show you a timeline of the migration process so you will be aware of what could have happened to your Minecraft Java:

• 10/21/2020 - Minecraft Support first announce migration of Java to Microsoft account. (You will get to keep your Minecraft Java username.)

• 3/10/2022 - Last call to voluntary migrates Java accounts.
  
  • Last call to voluntarily migrate Java accounts | Minecraft
    
• 9/19/2023 - Last call to migration of Mojang account to Microsoft account with access of Minecraft: Bedrock Edition for Windows and free cape. This allows you to access to both Java and Bedrock editions and unmigrated Mojang accounts will not be able to sign in to Minecraft.net or the Minecraft Launcher to migrate.

• 12/18/2023 - End of post-migration process - You no longer have access to your Java Edition account or Minecraft: Java Edition. Your capes and skins were tied to your previous Java Edition account and are not recoverable. Usernames will not be released until a later date.

I'm experiencing the same problem. I'm aware I'm well past the migration deadline and I understand my Mojang account can't be recovered, but I received an email from Mojang stating: "While you’ve missed the chance to migrate your Mojang account, we still want you to retain access to the game. By completing the verification process linked below in the next 90 days, we can provide you new copies of Minecraft: Java & Bedrock Edition."

I'm unable to access a new copy of the game by using my Mojang information.

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. I understand that you are unable to access your licensed purchase of Minecraft. Typically, migration errors are handled with Mojang since we do not interact with the migration process between Microsoft accounts/Minecraft. Most users have had success resolving this error by following the steps provided here: Minecraft Java Edition Demo Mode.

If the steps provided do not resolve the error, please supply the response you received from Mojang along with the ticket ID and be sure to leave out any personal information such as name, email, etc. I want to be able to rule out the possibility of a migration error in the case Mojang's involvement is required.
