Mojang account email address lost

I kind of solved this issue.

I just bought a new java edition minecraft account with a different email and username.

I then used the same Java edition application with the old save files unchanged and the singleplayer world was there waiting for me. I even kept my invetory etc. It didn't save my achievements though and I believe that any online server will not "remember my character."

Oh I see. What did the Minecraft team said?

What happens when Mojang is refusing to help you with your account. I've been having problems since I migrated in September of 2021. I was able to still play the Java Edition until a few weeks ago and now they want me to repurchase the game. I bought the game several years ago so I don't have the transaction ID they keep asking for. I sent them a screenshot showing them where I had been paying 7.99 a month for Realms but that wasn't good enough. I even sent them the email saying congratulations you have migrated. I have provided all the proof I have to show I own the game and they keep saying we can't verify you. If I decide to repurchase the game am I going to lose everything me and my kids built in our worlds in realms?

They won't talk to me without a transaction ID. I went to my bank and because it's been over five years ago they can't pull up the transaction information anymore. I repurchased the game using the information I migrated with and all my old games were still there. Makes me wonder if my realms games will be too? I just don't know if I wanna pay and end up being disappointed like I already am. Microsft bought Mojang and yet they don't have access to their accounts, which doesn't make sense to me. If you buy a company you buy everything.

At this point I have little hope that this can be solved.
If you are able to solve this problem please let me know so that I might be able to resolve it also.

It might be possible to save the game world and reload it using a different account. You will lose anything directly associated with that character like the xp of that character its' inventory and its' clothing. Although I don't know how to do this myself.
