    I have the moga xp5-x plus connected to my laptop via usb, and it won't connect to any of my games or even work as a mouse. not sure what I am doing wrong.

    Okay so I got it. You have to connect the MOGA XP5-X to the pc via USB, then hold the Select+Start butons for three seconds, the light will blink a few times and then BOOM- you're in Xinput mode. I can now use the controller to play Xcloud.
