ModsCraft server 1 player without any reason ban and mute me

I am sorry to hear that you have been banned from ModsCraft.

Not only that, but I want to inform you that we're not able to assist with this inquiry because probable no one in the community forums is associated with that server.

If you were banned just from this server and not from the Xbox network, you may want to contact instead the owner of the server or the server moderators and further review your request with them.

Are their actions legal? Can an account be banned without providing any evidence? Can they arbitrarily ban any player's account, even if the player has invested a lot of money and time, without any reason?

In short yes

Xbox can ban player accounts for inapropriate behavior without any reports so long as the meet atleast 1 of the following requirements

1. The account had been banned atleast twice previously

2. There must be multiple messages in quick succession breaking the guidelines/ parameters deeming it inapropriate

3. The account is on an xbox with another account that has atleast 2 bans

4. If the account has been reported previous and multiple times for any reason it will be monitored until further notice and promptly banned

The fourth term is done manually by xbox employees but does not require any reports agaisnt that player

What you will need to do is
'File a Complaint'. This will send a report off to the PET (Enforcement Team) whom will review the complaint and take any action necessary once they reach a conclusion.



Further more, you will want to go ahead and Block, Mute and Avoid this player, in this order:



1: Avoid the player

2: Mute the player

3: Block the player



This will prevent any further communication and make it very less likely that you are placed in an online game with them again. You can find a guide on how to Block, Mute and Avoid players,
