Modern Warfare not lgging in - Xbox Live Satus CERES error

Hello,

Having issues connecting to Xbox Live specifically on the game Modern Warfare.

I am fully connected online - can see my friends online, send messages, however when I start up Modern Warfare, every time it is unable to connect to either the activision servers or Xbox Live.

So essentially I'll get stuck on a loading screen for some time while it says it's trying to connect before finally it fails and says the following

'Connection with Xbox Live servers has been interrupted' and then below this it says 'Satus: CERES'.

Now it doesnt matter if I restart the console / log out / uninstall the game and redownload it - everything I do always leads to me being unable to get online to the game and the same error message as I listed above, coming up.

So i'm completely stuck as to what to do! Xbox live works fine for any other game, yet for Modern Warfare it completely fails. Meanwhile many other friends on XBL are not having this issue at all.

Does anyone have a solution to the 'Status: CERES' Issue?

Hello Moby,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you keep getting an error when launching Modern warfare. Unfortunately, Ceres is an Activision error. This means the update usually failed. Only thing to do is try and reinstall the game completely. We
recommend uninstall the game,
power cycle the console. Once the console is back on then try and install the game again.

Me to cant access the game at all since last update.

Anyone got any ideas.

That is probably the best option what was listed above by uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that fixes the problem.
