    black ops cold war wont let me play modern warfare i aqm missing 5 maps and downloaded it at least twice now it is still telling me i should do a complete download. black ops is a lame gtame what are you guys going to do to fix this problem?i bought modern warfare and black ops we have unpluged internet and downloaded modern warfare it still doesnt work this is youre fault and yes i have plenty of space on my xbox 1

Therefore, If you are facing this issue with all of your games, I would suggest trying some basic troubleshoot steps which can help fix the issue. I will list the steps below. However, If you are encountering issues only with this specific game, I would highly advice you to contacting the activation support for them to check from their end.

    Troubleshooting steps:

    Clear Mac address: Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart.

    Clear local saved games : Settings > System > Storage > Clear local saved games.

    Reset your console: Select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.


    Note     =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

    i have played call of duty since the beginning modern warefare was the last good game and i dont like blackoops ha. now i cant even play modern warefare thanks guys yuck have xbox 1 plenty mems please fix my game

    Modern warfare is not loading me in a match

    Two months. Haven't been able to load into a game in two months. It says Match Started. Loading level. Then 2 minutes later it kicks me out and says Failed to load due to transmission error status: VIGOROUS. Modern warfare used to be my favorite of the two current COD games (not counting warzone). Can't even load into a **** game now. Somebody please fix this.
