Modern Warfare crashes to the game launch menu and error code appears.

I've been getting crashes on Modern Warfare on my xbox one. Warzone still works but when I start a multiplayer match, it kicks me to the game launch screen and an error code appears. It says disc read error 3.1 mp_hackney_am.ff. I am confuse as I have the
game digitally and not a physical disc. I googled the error and was told to reinstall the game. I have done that 3 times this week. I first uninstalled everything including the packs. It fixed the issue for a day but the next day, same issue occurred. I tried
just reinstalling the base game and keeping the packs. Same thing occurred.

I am not willing to reinstall a 4th time if it doesn't fix my issue. I haven't contacted activision and at this time, xbox support is closed. If there is anyone who had resolved the issue, please let me know how to fix it.

I did a restart and it reset everything, played 2 games and crashed again im worried about it crashing and my system is out of warranty the i have to come out of my pocket to have it repaired which is very unfair just like the 360 version of gtaV its suppose
to be backwards compatible i lost all the stuff i bought with sharks cards and lost all of it as well it really sucks miscrosoft needs to get it together! cosumers try to support by buying but get the short end not fair not fair not fair!!!

Thank you for the reply. I have found article from Activision themselves that includes some troubleshooting tips found

When your on the article click on Xbox One and a drop down menu shall appear giving you steps to reduce the chance of the game crashing. I would personally recommend trying to clear your cache which can be found

here (https://support.activision.com/articles/deleting-old-files-from-playstation-4-and-xbox-one-consoles).

I get error code 0x8027925a when I try launching the new Modern Warfare. Although my other games load and work fine. Help me please
