    Modern warfare 2019 multiplayer not allowing me to load into games


    So I am having issues playing call of duty modern warfare ever since warzone Pacific caldera has been added in so why cant I play any of my multiplayer games ? I dont even f**k with warzone ever? I just want to be able to play the game that I purchased and not have stupid error codes that boot me from loading level match started but I'm not in the game?????

    1. Troubleshoot your Xbox network connection | Xbox Support this walks you on steps to network troubleshoot your Xbox
    2. Online Services | Activision Support Here is Call of Duty support, and they also have troubleshooting steps for any issues with the game
    3. Provide feedback to Team Xbox | Xbox Support If you could please submit a bug report, that way, if other players are experiencing the same issue, we can further investigate
    I checked the Activision support site, and the services seem to be working. Please also file a bug that would help us further look into the problem. You also mentioned that you could not play any multiplayer games? So, does that mean that any Xbox game with multiplayer like Fortnite, Rocket League, Halo, you cannot join online matches? or were you just specific to Call of Duty online matches?

    Can't install multiplayer pack 1 for COD MW 2019

    Hi @anbuj001

    You get the "Oops.not sure what happened here. Please try again later." when you try and install the multiplayer pack from within the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 game. This is the error I was getting. If you close the window you will see the dreaded PILUM error code!

    So as per my post, you need to navigate to the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 game in the Xbox game store, choose the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare - Digital S..." edition and then scroll down to the "In This Bundle" portion.

    Then choose the multiplayer pack for Call of Duty Modern Warfare and install that.

    The reason for the error is because Call of Duty Warzone versions have been updated, but the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 game multiplayer included version link has not, hence the error you get.
