moderaters ignoring issues about error 0X87e00013 and claiming they were "bumpped"

rule number 19 states:

19) Do not "Bump" or double post in a topic unnecessarily and more than once in 24-hours. If you do this it will result in the bump post being deleted. Additionally, do not bump/resurrect old threads. Instead of replying to an inactive conversation
that was created years ago, create a new thread.

none of my posts or the recently locked posts about the 0X87e00013 error meet this criteria

well A) its not "unneccesarily" as they keep getting deleted/locked BEFORE they are marked as solved. im not trolling here; I HAVE AN ISSUE BEING IGNORED

B) the term "old threads" is defined as "inactive" and "created years ago" so explain why this one here is locked

-unsloved

-active ( people have recently commented about it )

-recent, and current issue that hasnt been acknlowleged by microsoft in any capacity

-contained no double posts of the same user describing the same problem

That thread was locked because the last post was from December 15 - almost 3 months ago. So it is an old thread that was bumped. It was not actively being commented on.

I would suggest you read the forum guidelines again. In particular:

21) Do not create multiple forum accounts. Each person is allowed one account only. Alternate accounts will be permanently banned, and offending users will be subject to both temporary and permanent bans.

28) Do not repost content a moderator has removed, repost a topic that has been locked, remove a post edited by a moderator or post about forum moderation decisions. If you have a question or concern about
a forum moderation decision, please private message the applicable moderator.

Yeah so after three weeks of not finding an answer except redownload, and be prepared to redownload it again in another 2 weeks, my games pass ran out of time, so i just cancelled it and moved on, Im probably gonna buy outer worlds on epic store as its
the only reason i had games pass, was going to get The MCC but i have seen a few people say its all xbox games pass games. Im going to try again when the app comes out of Beta and maybe gets updated abit.
