    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly follow the steps below to fix it:

    1. Launch the game "Warzone"

    2. Press the Menu button on your controller

    3. Go to the "Accounts" tab inside of your game

    4. Select Game Installs

    5. Install the available DLC Packs on the list

    For step 5 you may not notice any changes or you may be redirected on the dashboard but please proceed with the next step.

    1. Go to My Games and apps

    2. Highlight Modern Warfare

    3. Press the Menu button

    4. Select Manage game &add-ons.

    5. Click the game icon for the game and then check the additional DLC that you need to install from there.
