Don't mod you're system before it is 20 years old. Even if Xbox Live is discontinued it is still illegal to mod you're system before it is 20 years old

You're getting your terms mixed up Jameser. There is no law against modding, and it is not illegal. It is against the TOU, but that does not make it illegal.

LostKauz , so , are you saying it is illegal to swear then ? ...... if they can stop a 20 , 30 , 40 year old adult from swearing , how could they not stop a 13 yr old playing a 18+ game ?

The viewing angles on the 3DS are terrible so TV manufactures are trying to drastically improve it before they release TVs. 3D today is *significantly* better than 3D from 20 years ago.

I see that you've listed the manufacturing date of the console. It was manufactured in January of this year. The newer controllers did not come out until June (I believe). This would be why that controller is not included in the console that you purchased.

As far as the old stock concern goes. I'm sure the store may have had that console sitting on it's shelves for a while before selling it to you.
