(Mod Removed- Terms of Use) Unable To Play Halo 5: Guardians

I installed Halo 5: Guardians on 15/01/19. I chose not to update it believing it was unnecessary in order to play campaign. However, the game will not get past the loading screen. I read somewhere that updates were for the multiplayer experience, and I
could care less about that. Has anyone been able to play the Halo 5 campaign without any update? The update is too big for my monthly allowance, and I do not know anyone with unlimited data. At this rate I will never play Halo 5 unless we all band together
and make game developers break there updates into smaller pieces. I really want to play Halo 5! Doesn't anybody care what the little people think? I am a little person. Don't you care what I think?

Unfortunately some games require updates to have certain parts work properly, this either because of a problem post launch or that they couldn't fit everything on one disc.

I'm afraid you will have to find a way to update the game. I would suggest a friend's house that has no cap in the internet usage.

Updates may not be just for multiplayer. They can be for anything in game that might be an issue including campaign.

Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention here on the forums. I understand you're internet restrictions do not allow for the large size of Halo 5: Guardians updates is that correct? Unfortunately as our dedicated Ambassadors have mentioned Updates
are not restricted to being only about multiplayer. They can affect the Campaign and any other game mode depending on what is being updated. Most likely the only way to play the game will be to update it. I know personally I've been in that same situation
with a data limit and I was able to use an internet café to update a game. Also as mentioned friends or family could be an option. Hope this helps

I'm still awaiting my DLC promotional Halo Warthog that was given out for playing either Halo 5 Guardians or Halo Master Chief Collection. I understand it can take time to arrive, but I'd like to have some idea as to how long it will take!
