    If they're affecting your internet, you need to contact your ISP.

    As far as Xbox, report them and block them.

    Thank you for your response, unfortunately it's almost impossible for me to identify which specific player did this. The first two messages were from [mod removed] and [mod removed] but these are also spam accounts.

    Is it possible to recommend that the Enforcement Team look into these spam accounts, and their associated login credentials to remove them from our online community?
